Ahh...little man....is 10 months old. He has been with us now longer than I was pregnant, which is baffling, seeing as I felt
preggo forever. He is
absolutely adorable and makes my life so much better than I could have ever imagined. He now has 2 top teeth, and 2 bottom teeth! Little man has now decided that he doesn't really prefer to sleep during the night! He wakes up around 2 and 4 some nights, and others he just wakes up one time. I'm hoping it just all the teething and crud....because everyone feels better with sleep!! He is crawling like a mad-man now and pulls up on anything. He also loves to pull himself up, and let go with one (or sometimes) both hands. He also loves walking with daddy holding his arms. I can see the future of him walking now...and it will be crazy!
He loves playing with his sign each month, but this month I also had to pick the paper out of his mouth, because with one turn of my head...it was in the mouth!!
And now to our new friend....
This past weekend little man was coughing and sneezing, but Joe and I just figured that he was having a typical day care cold! WRONG...Sunday night we noticed him wheezing, and breathing a bit faster than usual, so Monday morning I called the doctor. After two hours in the doctors office, we left with a
nebulizer, a prescription for
steroids, and were told to give little man breathing treatments 4 times a day. He was wheezing and the doctor said..."Let's give him 4 treatments a day, just to keep him out of the hospital"...WOW that won't make a mama nervous at all. But after one day of treatments we can tell such a huge difference, and he actually doesn't cry and scream the entire time of the treatment. I know he doesn't like them, and neither do I...but anything to make him feel better...or "keep him out of the hospital!"
Oh well...off to bed..gotta get some sleep before the sleeping munchkin wakes up...
